I planted three varieties of Kale for the first time this year. We have had a good bit of rain and only one mild frost so the kale has grown quite large  and lush. I love the curly leaves. I’m told that kale gets sweeter after the frost so I have been waiting to pick some of it but my curiosity is beginning to get to me. I think I will pick some soon. Now all I need to do is figure out how to cook it. Judging by my internet search for recipes sauteed kale is very popular do you have any other recommendations on how to prepare kale? I am open to suggestion.
